Created from Port-Bourgenay in 1988, the Mini Transgascogne 6.50 is a historic race of the Class Mini6.50.

 

Now called the PURU Transgascogne, this mythical race which will celebrate its 35th anniversary in 2023, is today organized by Versace Sailing Management.

 

600 minutes long (about 1,000 km), the PURU Transgascogne leaves from Port Bourgenay, stops at Getxo (Spanish Basque Country) before returning to Port Bourgenay. It has the particularity of being run solo and in double on Mini6.50 prototypes (less than 10 units) or Series (+ 10 units).

The start of Leg 2 in Getxo is scheduled for Friday July 28 at 1:00 p.m. Departure pontoon at 10:00 am.
